Here is another oil and the companion pastel that was done a year earlier and was actually sold at Nest in Dedham.  This one feels less successful than the two previous oils below, but as Alice likes to remind me, people seem to like best the pieces that I’m not so keen on.  I’m planning to wake up and paint tomorrow morning before work!!
